Product Introduction:UV788-2 is an ultraviolet-cured epoxy system with high fluidity. The cured material exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates, including metals and plastics. It has a low odor and minimal potential for skin and eye irritation. The curing process is not inhibited by oxygen during UV exposure.

Applications: Fiber optic bonding, ceramic and glass bonding

Requirements:

Must withstand temperatures from -40°C to 125°C, ensuring performance for 500 hours at any temperature and 500 thermal cycles. Capable of withstanding 240°C for a short duration (approximately 10 seconds).

Humidity resistance HAST: Double 85 conditions, 500 hours at 130°C and 85% humidity for 96 hours.

Excellent sealing performance, ensuring airtight bonding with glass.
